A wine buying app uncorks new capabilities.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.    The Drync app has been around for about six years…helping people use mobile devices to identify and  categorize the wines they try in restaurants or buy in stores.    Now with a new Android version of the app that ties in with Google Wallet…Drync can do even more, allowing users to buy on the spot.   CEO Brad Rosen…
