“So the desktop’s where it all begins.  You get a copy of Filemaker Pro or Filemaker Pro Advanced and you put it on a Mac or Windows machine.  And then you go and open it up and you start building your solution.  Now building your solution might sound intimidating to some people but all it involves is creating fields of information, dragging those fields onto a form.  Once, you’ve got your solution, then you have to decide, now where do I want to run that solution.  Am I interested in running it on a desktop, am I interested in running it on an iPad or iPhone, or maybe projecting it out to a browser.”
