“What we do is we combine together both the instantaneous voice messaging…so I can send you through my app a voice message…as well as transcription.. so that you actually get the content…  of the message as well.   The other thing is and the way we kind of make it similar to a talking environment is that for VIP contacts, I can also allow the speech to automatically be spoken out as soon as the message arrives.”
