An app that gives you full time access to a health and fitness coaches.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.     There are lots of wearable devices out there with apps that are designed to give you rewards and encouragement for meeting goals.   A device called Goqii is launching a beta program in the U.S. designed to link their fitness band with personal coaches who message you and conduct occasional video chats.  But an iOS app called Vida…takes it further…with 24 by 7 access to a health and fitness coach.   CEO Stephanie Tilenius…
