A smart monitor for parents.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.   A company called Evoz is setting itself apart from the traditional video and audio baby monitors.   The idea, says founder and CEO Avishai Shoham, is to bring brand new capabilities to the category…

“You can, of course, watch your baby on video or just listen to the audio, that’s a given.  But then we added things that are special for babies.   You can control the night light.  You can turn on lullabies for the baby.  Then as the baby grows older we offer you different content.  So for example, when they grow out of the early lullabies, it’s more advanced songs and then audio books.  And we really grow the monitor with your baby.”
