TomTom’s latest fitness wearables.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.    TomTom may be best known for its navigation devices, but it has also been mapping out a future in wearables.   The company’s new Multi-Sport Cardio watch is attractively designed and features a touch bad rather than a touch screen.  Of course, GPS is there too along with an optical heart rate monitor.  President Jocelyn Vigreux says the design and functionality go hand in hand….

“I don’t want to be thinking about the devices that I have on my body.  So it needs to fit, it needs to be light, it needs to give the information that I need with the least amount of intrusion.”
