“We’re now providing you with the ability to schedule for the service to be done directly through our platform.  For simple jobs, you're scheduling to get the service done, for more complex jobs you may be simply scheduling a time to have them come out and take a look at the job in person to give you a more detailed estimate.  What we’re doing is essentially taking the leg work out of trying to get someone on the phone and coordinate schedules.
