How a Roku can help you get fit.   I’m Fred Fishkin with technology BootCamp, a report on gadgets and gear.    The online, streaming fitness, Yoga and cooking service Grokker….has now come to Roku.     It’s also available on AppleTV, Chromecast and on the Web.    Grokker prides itself in offering high quality videos in HD, produced in house.   And, says founder Lorna Borenstein, the library is expanding all the time…
