“When you go to the app, it’s going to help you engage in some exercises where you’re going to be asked to identify your own emotional experience for the day. I think one of the first questions I got asked when I logged on today was how I was feeling, what was my emotion. Then, some exercises will emerge where you’ll have to identify in particular circumstances what the emotion is.”
