Another new TV season arrives. Watch the shows on your own schedule. I'm Fred Fishkin with Bloomberg Bootcamp. Working late again when you wanted to catch your favorite show? Or maybe the ballgame? Never fear, the age of the digital video recorder is here. Devices like Tivo and Replay TV let you time shift TV schedules to meet your schedule. And they've come a long way since they were first introduced a couple of years ago. More storage and more features. At Replay, the latest recorder can store up to 60 hours of digital video. And now, you can choose which programs you want to record... through the Internet. Senior VP Jim Hollingsworth...

"You're going to be at work. You're going to say ... I forgot to set my Replay TV to record my favorite show this evening. You're going to be able to log onto www.my.replaytv.com. You're going to be able to select the programs that you want to record and then that information is going to be automatically transferred through the Internet to your digital video recorder at home."

And that's just the start. Beginning next year, the system will be smart enough to find information related to the shows you watch... For instance... if you've watched a program about building a deck...

"The next time that you log onto Replay TV we can have information along the lines of... the deck that you saw built, maybe we can put the blueprints, the plans for that deck. How to tips. What kind of tools are needed."

You can find more information at Replaytv.com. Bootcamp, I'm Fred Fishkin, Bloomberg News.
