Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear. I’m Fred Fishkin. Today’s the day when Samsung is showing off its latest flagship smartphone….the Galaxy Note 9. We’ll have much more to say after a hands on look, but with the new Note Samsung is looking to generate some enthusiasm after the lackluster sales of the Galaxy S9 phones. The expectations are that the Note 9 will arrive on carriers later this month…with improved battery life and processing speed. Look for new capabilities as well for the Note’s S Pen….the feature that has set the Note line apart from the competition more than any other. Also…Samsung is continuing to tout Bixby…the company’s competitor to Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri. And rumors have been that it will be the first Android phone able to play Fornite. There’s much more to come. Stay tuned.
