And I’ve put that promise to the test with T-Mobile’s new team of experts…without having to wait forever on hold…team members, many apparently at a call center based in Maine, are personable, tenacious about solving problems and follow up with their direct contact info just in case. T-Mobile really has taken away the pain points when it comes to customer service. And I really do hope it is forever.
