It’s not an easy choice for consumers these days…when it comes to picking between Google’s Nest and Amazon’s Alexa smart home technology. Boy would we love to see them work well together….one can only hope. There is a lot to like with the new Nest Hub Max…from the entertainment options…including YouTube TV …smart home control…of Nest devices and more…a camera for security and communication that enables hand gesture control too. Google Duo lets you video conference with any Android or iOS device. The camera can recognize users as well with Face Match. The stereo speakers do a very respectable job playing music…and the big ten inch screen is great for showing off images you’ve stored on Google Photos. The latest price…about 229 dollars…but you may find some holiday deals and bundles.
