The College Board moves AP exams & prep online

Techstination feature for Wednesday, May 6, 2020

Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.       The College Board has responded to the numbers of school closings by shifting to virtual learning with online advanced placement courses and moving AP exams online this month.   That will enable students to gain the college credits they have been working toward all year.   Senior Director Counselor Engagement Lauri Benton…

“The way that it will work is that students will be able to take these exams on any device they have access to.  So if they have a computer, a tablet or even a smartphone.   They can even take a photo of their handwritten work and submit it.”

The College Board is offering to help students who may not have the ability to get online from home as well.     Find more at www.collegeboard.org.
