Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear. I’m Fred Fishkin. Voosh is out with a consumer version of its software tools to improve computer performance. Results may vary depending on the types of applications you use…but for me….testing it on an older Windows PC produced some big improvements. CEO Kevin Cornell..says the optimization uses artificial intelligence…analyzing everything from network connections to other hardware and applications…
“You should see about a 30 percent overall improvement but some of the networking…we’ve seen some very big jumps, three to four to five times as fast.”
Cornell says a Mac version is on the way as well. The price is a reasonable 45 dollars a year for up to five computers in a household. There’s also a seven day free trial….at www.vooshperformance.com.
