Mylio collects, preserves digital memories

Techstination feature for Wednesday, October 14, 2020

Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.        David Vaskevitch says he is in the memory business.  The former chief technical officer for Microsoft created Mylio about eight years ago….software designed to make all of your memories…meaning digital photos…available to you on any device..

“It runs on your phone, your tablet and your computers.  So you can have it with you all the time.  And all the parts talk to each other.  So whatever you do on your phone appears on your tablet.  Whatever you do on your tablet appears on your computer, whether your connected or not.”

And all of those photos can be displayed in a calendar format.   The basic version…which can handle up to 25 thousand images and three devices…is free.   You can go unlimited with premium for 99 dollars a year.    Great if you’re like me and have many, many pictures everywhere.  You can find deals with Seagate external drives as well.   Check out www.mylio.com for more.

You can find us at Techstination.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
