Take your parents to cyberschool. I'm Fred Fishkin with Bloomberg Bootcamp. It's a twist on the take your children to work theme. The non-profit educational arm of the cable industry, Cable in the Classroom, has partnered with the National Association of elementary School Principals to designate this as Take Your Parents to Cyberschool week... .

"These kids are showing parents what educational resources are online and which of those resources are safe, family friendly and are really going to help kids learn."

Taffy Patton, interim director of Cable in the Classroom, says kids typically are a lot more comfortable with the Internet than their parents... and this effort will give them the chance to show how valuable it can be... through online games...

"For example, how are pyramids built? Or who started the underground railroad? Why don't race cars fall off their tracks? These are answers parents and kids can find on the Internet by looking at cable Web sites like the Discovery Channel or ESPN2 or A&E or the History Channel. These programmers have created Web sites that are commercial free and can help parents find the resources they need to help kids learn."
