Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.        Electric Vehicles were everywhere in the ads that ran during the Super Bowl this year.   The only car company missing seemed to be Tesla…which leads in the category and doesn’t advertise at all.   Crypto currency was another new category that was prominent in the Super Bowl ads.   But the one that got the most attention from trends online, according Google’s Sadie Thoma, was for Amazon’s Alexa..

“And this was with Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost and they were essentially living a life as if their Alexa device was reading their minds.. When you have to do those love scenes with hot guys is that fun or is that like the worst?   It’s the worst...”
