Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.        Just a click…ordering food online…from restaurants or groceries..can help Stand Up to Cancer …and cancer research.    Rusty Robertson is part of the group of women who launched Stand Up to Cancer about fifteen years ago.  She says while many of us have been entertained by the TV events…the effort is year round.    For instance…from now through July 15th, Mastercard will donate one cent…up to five million dollars…for each card purchase at qualifying restaurants and for the first time, grocery stores as well…

“Their money has saved…well their money is up to 60 million dollars now…and they’re saving lives.  But we need to do more.”
