Under seventy if you're upgrading from a competing software package. There are lots of easy to use photo editing packages on the market that are cheaper... .including Adobe Photo Deluxe... .

Keeps you from making mistakes and so forth... but also doesn't give you as much room to explore off on your own."
Instead of those guided activities or projects... Photoshop Elements includes what it calls recipes...
"And recipes is sort of a step in between the guided activities approach of consumer products and the push of Photoshop of just leaving you to your own devices."
