GM and Global Head of Commercial Systems Andy Rhodes says the new work relationship index surveyed fifteen thousand people…
“Some of the findings show that the actual relationship they have, the happiness index, is actually relatively low. There’s a huge correlation between how happy people are at work and how productive they are and how long they’re going to stay in a company.”
83 percent of the knowledge workers surveyed said they would be willing to earn less…to be happier at work. The HP survey found while nearly three quarters of the workers don’t feel they have a healthy relationship with work….the majority of employers aren’t aware of that.
