Samsung is working on the Galaxy Ring…there are rumors too about Apple entering the category. But the Oura Ring Gen 3 has proven its worth over time. It is superb for sleep tracking…you can’t get more comfortable than a ring…is built to last…and has improved with new capabilities over time. It gave me an early warning about an elevated temperature overnight …before I had other symptoms of COVID recently….and continued to track my temperature and oxygen levels over subsequent days. Not all users have been happy about the six dollar a month subscription needed to provide the detailed health and well being features. For me…the daily data has proven helpful..on some days much more than others. Oura Ring pricing starts at about three hundred dollars.
