T-Mobile is out with a new backup home internet solution…that can keep your household connected when your primary broadband service goes down. For those working from home and others who really need to stay online…it can make a lot of sense. The Home Internet Backup plan offers 130 gigabytes of 5G data a month….enough, T-Mobile says…for up to seven days if your traditional ISP isn’t working…..for thirty dollars a month. A 5G gateway is included with no extra fees. For customers with an eligible T-Mobile voice line…the price drops to 20 dollars a month.
