Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.        Millions of high school students are taking the PSAT National Merit Scholarship Qualifying test this month.   The College Board offers practice tests and other free resources online.   Senior VP Priscilla Rodriguez says the test not only helps students prepare for the SAT test and become more comfortable with test taking…but their scores include information on specific skills…
