Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.   I’m Fred Fishkin.        How much do you trust AI to do your travel planning for you?    The platform for coastal travel, Beach.com, is out with a survey that shows a mixed bag.  Lead Data Journalist Noah Holtgraves says while two thirds of the people questioned in the survey have used AI to assist with travel plans…

“When we asked how they would feel if someone they knew told them that they were about to take a fully AI planned trip, nearly half said that they would feel hesitant or even try to talk someone out of taking a fully AI planned trip.   So there’s clearly some concern there, some trust issues.”

But as AI continues to improve…some of those trust issues may lessen.   Meanwhile, AI is being used extensively to find interesting things to do and see…and often where to eat or stay.
