Oura Ring continues to prove its value

Techstination feature for Thursday, February 12, 2026

Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.  I’m Fred Fishkin.   A winter bout with the flu once again convinced me that one of the best personal health wearables you can own is the Oura Ring.   It alerted me in advance that my temperature at night was up and my health was on the decline.   And on a daily basis…when nothing is wrong in particular…it can advise you when you are up to taking on more of a workout…or when you need to take it easy.    We’ve been Oura fans for years….and as the battery life declined to a couple of days on the Oura 3, recently upgraded to the Oura  4.   It is designed to last up to eight days on a charge…but that can vary with activity level and features used.   Actually not a bad ring to give for Valentine’s Day.  Or just let him or her know a sizing kit is on order.  Learn more at OuraRing.com.

You can find us at Techstination.com.   I’m Fred Fishkin.
