One of the very best new tech gadgets I’ve seen this summer is the Paper Pure… a 10.3 inch digital writing tablet from reMarkable. It is super thin and light…and writing on it is very much like writing on paper. The battery life is measured in weeks, not days, even with daily use. The notes you take are stored in digital folders and can be synched to other devices… a Connect subscription from the company is worthwhile at about forty dollars a year. The Paper Pure …at about 400 dollars…does not have backlighting…unlike the Paper Pro Move or Paper Pro. There is some tough competition…such as the Kindle Scribe line from Amazon. That’s a better choice for those wanting to incorporate an e-reader. remarkable, as the latest device name implies…is keeping it Pure.
