Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.  I’m Fred Fishkin.  According to a recent survey…three quarters of U.S. residents say it would help to have their mortgage company connect them with a  trusted real estate agent.   Very often, though, potential buyers go house shopping or contact a realtor before they reach out to a lender.   At PenFed Home Senior VP Mark Burrage says for first time buyers especially..

“It’s supposed to be an exciting experience and having confidence that you’re ready to buy, that’s first and foremost.  After that, it’s having confidence in who you work with where they’re taking the time with you, they’re taking you through the process, they’re answering all your questions.”

PenFed has what it calls a Very Important Buyer program to pair buyers with a mortgage team and a network real estate agent.  The site is PenFed.org.
