That's one of the confusing issues for digital camera buyers today. How many megapixels do you need?
"We've seen a lot of research, we've conducted research that shows people have a certain number of prints made from their images. But if primarily they're planning to enjoy them either on their computer or by emailing them... lesser resolution cameras are fine.
For prints bigger than five by seven... .you would be better off with a higher resolution camera. The advantage of the Dimage X is its size which makes it easy to have with you all the time...
