Whatever the reason for a divorce, a Web site called CompleteCase.com aims to make the process less painful. At least financially. Site founder Randy Finney...

"I've been a family law attorney for eleven years and through the course of my history and practice as a family law attorney I receive calls on almost a daily basis from people who can't get access to the family law court system to get a divorce taken care of, they can't afford a lawyer and they can't figure out how to process it themselves, so I came up with an idea to automate the process."

So the Web site spits out the legal divorce papers for just 249 dollars. The software figures out the appropriate child support as well. Just file them with the court, pay the court fees and wait for the judge to sign. It's legal so far for uncontested divorces in Washington, California, Florida and New York with more to come says Finney. There are those who criticize him for making divorce to easy..

"There are a number of people who think that by making it easier and less expensive we're going to be causing more people to get a divorce. We disagree with that very strongly. Certainly I'm not suggesting that divorce is good for families, but I don't think that people are going to come get a divorce just because it's available for 249 dollars."
